For the past 56 years we have made it our duty to make automotive repairs and maintenance services easier by providing your Body, Paint, Mechanical, and Towing services from beginning to end, at one location.

Lanham Auto Body has been in business since 1956. We have always been a family generated business. In 1956, Wallace (Buddy) H. Lowe (1924-2004) opened our original location that is now 450 and Princess Garden Parkway. In 1965, Lanham Auto Body moved to Smith Avenue taking over half the street. In 1989, Mary (Lowe) Mondonedo, daughter of Wallace (Buddy) H. Lowe, took over ownership of Lanham Auto Body, thus becoming one of the very few woman to own and manage an automotive repair facility- making Lanham Auto Body a 2nd generation family business.

Today, Mary is joined by her husband Bert, her son Steven, and daughter Meghan– making Lanham Auto Body a 3rd generation family business. Last but not least our Manager/ Estimator, Tommy Cox has been with Lanham Auto Body for over 22 years. We value our long lasting relationships with our customers, employees, and suppliers.
